A few days ago GGG locked my account with no explanation at all. Nothing was sent to me. No explanation was given. It merely says to email customer support.
I have emailed customer support, and you guys have ignored my emails.
What gives?
Do you think it is appropriate or professional to ban people without explanation and then ignore their emails?
You can't do both. You can offer an explanation, and then take time to respond to emails. Or you can offer no explanation and answer emails quickly. What is inappropriate, is offering no explanation and also not answering emails. That just makes you look bad.
Please fix your system. I suspect this is a auto-ban mistake, as it occurred when I wasn't even playing the game.

Doubt it was unjustified just based on the low patience responses in 2 posts alone, and you wont get anything happening on your card either. There was no fraud lol.

False positive exist and only the support can double check if the ban is legit or not

I think the better thing is the guy is planning and admitting to lying about fraud to get money back, and saying they sent an email and everything.
Probably should not admit to it here to have ANY chance at a refund. And now they have all your information and what you plan to do

I didn't cheat or RMT, actually. Which is why this is so obnoxious. I play solo.
I already know what the issue probably is, it's that I refunded part of a supporter pack in the steam store.
