Cannot Download new POE2 patch

I'm also getting a corrupt game file, tried reinstalling but did not fix it.

This is the report from Epic Games Launcher;

IS-FC02-1392 - There is a corrupt game files

I have the same problem, can't download the patch. Keep getting the error that the executable can't be overwritten.
The packcheck showed no problems. How to solve this?

I get this Error message:

"Could not overwrite" executable with new patched executable. Please make sure that PathOfExile.exe or PathOfExile.tmp are not still running. If necessary, you may need to reboot your computer".

Rebooting does not help.
Patch can be downloaded and finished. But when the game starts connecting, this error message comes up instead of coming into the game.

Same issue here.
I don't see anything unusual in the log file and the packcheck found everything in sync.

**Edit: Works fine now. After many many attempts and an hour - it just started working

Guys, i removed folder \Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2
And it solved a problem.

There is another solution, worked for me for 0.1.1 patch (standalone client)

-go to pathofexile2 folder
-rename PathOfExile.exe to something else
-change file type of PathOfExile.tmp from .tmp to .exe
-execute this newbaked PathOfExile.exe
-download 9.55gb patch and enjoy
