This won't happen for many good reasons.

Also an auction house style automated market won't help you check the prices of rare items anymore than the already existing market.

Just wait for AwakenedTrade to release a new Poe2 version for rough pseudo automated price checking.

It would. Long term issue with poe trade is price-fixing. You can't price fix on an auction house

Of course you can price fix on an auction house.
There’s always the risk of market manipulation, buying things cheap to flip but it’s not like that’s impossible with the current system. FFXIV tried going non auction house for a while and eventually caved, the convenience and qol it brought outweighed the drawbacks. ESO is one of the few games I know of that makes it miserable for the buyer needing to check dozens of locations for the best prices.
It could still be vastly more automated. Like you could have a proper in game button to fulfill the trade that is whispered to you after showing a visual representation. I do not sell anything because going to my stash, grab stuff in the tab, party drag drop.. is too much break of my time flow .
Poe 1 has an in-game shop on consoles that, it isnt all wonders, but makes the work done. You put something to sell in you stash, you get notifyed when someone answers to it (the buyer can even offer less currency for the item) than you confirm if you will accept or not. I dont know why it was not implemented in POE 2.

This would be great. Anything that removes the annoyance of needing to manually party up and perform the trade. This would be a good middle-ground for those who are vehemently against an AH. As it is right now, I will not likely engage in trade at all.
I believe problem also "long loading time" also sometimes crushes due to either 2024h win update or game engine.

It won't happen.

Trade needs to have a convenience cost to counterbalance how overpowered it is to simply acquire gear by trading.

Convenience items are already on an auction house if you visit Alva, everything that stacks should be available there.
