" Read the item. You can have 1 skin, 1 attachment and 1 effect per item. Currently the only effects are on belts and weapons. So for helmets it's 1 skin (the skull) and 1 attachment (the horns or eyes). Carry on my waypoint son, there'll be peace when maps are done.
