You have a loser mentality. This whole, "Customer is always right" mentality is ass backwards. It's a terrible way to run a business, and all it does is engender hordes of unrelenting, self-entitled, blowhards that act as if every and any obstacle is tantamount to an attack on your livelihood. Not only that, but the back seat developing, acting as if it's so easy and obvious to implement your ideas, is incredibly insulting. I wish you would come to a place of business with that attitude, you'd be laughed out the building and no one would feel sorry for you.

Not really today businesses get ridiculed and they cowtow. All it takes is word of mouth. Anyway if the games is EA you give free respecs simple concept to a stupid business idea. "Yeah we going to break skills because we want bosses to be super strong and you as weak as a ant. Also no free respecs" Dumb business model deserves to be ridiculed

This is not 2002 when games release complete bug free. It's 2024 and every game is a disaster on release, broken, filled with bugs, online does not work.

This is how every game releases besides a few. Everyone knows the game will change like the wind season to season. This is also a full release of a ever changing game.

To say this is really a early beta version and we are testing a game is BS. You don't pay to play beta. You also don't have $500 support packs for a beta.

Even your insults are completely disjointed and oxymoronic, "have a nice life, which I hope is painful." The only person to feel sorry for is the person with a tenuous grasp on the written word.

Again, "customer is always right" , is a horrible way to run a business. You shouldn't cater to your customers in such a way; you will receive a bunch of smarmy, self-entitled, opportunists that will never be loyal to your business.

Build a strong company, stick to your guns, build an ethical business model, and you will attract the customers you want. Critical thinking, self-aware, customers with realistic expectations. It's not about making everyone happy but about attracting like-minded people.

So I'll say this again, thank god GGG are making these changes, and weeding out the weak, mewling, entitled white knights that pretend like they're fighting for all that is good and moral in the world.

This is simply not true. I paid to pay this beta/EA and some others before. I've also seen larger support packs available for games that didn't even have a playable demo yet.
