GGG just deleted a week of my life.

You thinking a beta wasn't going to change is the real question. 🤔
Very odd

Yeah I think people do not see the difference between early access and early release, it is somehow the same in their mind.

All they had to do was give several days worth of respecs to any character that had a cast on X skill slotted. Allow them time to change their build so that A: they didn't have to dump all of their gold on respeccing or B: for those who didn't have much gold, to allow them to respec to find something viable.

Very simple. Fair, and you don't alienate a bunch of people doing it. Costs them nothing to do and shows good will to the people having fun with the game while they test for you.
i play hardcore and die all the time. im used to weeks being deleted it's fine ;)
@teksuoPIE -- Not all of us are sadists. =P
You played this game for a week and had fun, how was that lost? Because your Early Access character was changed for the betterment of the final product??

The entitlement is off the charts. . .

I remember the first time trying hc d2. We were Lanning and doing a Ironman.
That first death, knowing that was it.
I was ruined from that day on.
I paid for the product, beta or not. They could have A: communicated this nerf sooner/better and B: simply gave someone a way to un-fuck their character that they were enjoying playing while C: balancing the game. It takes zero effort on their part to give out some free respecs and they don't alienate the user base.

It is these GGG fanboi apologists that are the ones that aren't getting it. Have you ever done any sort of customer care? If it is easy to give/do something for a customer to make their experience better and it costs you literally nothing. Why not do it?

Lad let me tell you something, until the full release EVERYTHING will be changed. Now you adjust to that.

I mean he had fun for a week and now he is banished. Thats the price you pay for playing meta broken builds
