Cast on-meta skills should only with energy build up from Melee Attacks - thoughts?
" Same, my friend plays ranger and does the same build. This seems like the same old GGG changes that always happens. It happened in PoE1 and it's happening again in PoE2 where the spell classes get gutted but ranger class is perfectly fine clearing maps with 2 buttons. |

" Put a cooldown of 0.25 triggers per second. If that's nmot enough, then increase until it is OR put a damage penalty on a triggered skill. Simple. These are both better solutions than what GGG did and seem like pretty obvious choices to me. |
