PS5 Game Performance is just awful and unplayable

I've been getting constant lag spikes (200, 2000, 3000ms) and just leave maps although sometimes it's quite difficult to even do that. Totally random, some maps are fine, some are absurdly lagged.
Followed the advice of somebody on Reddit and changed my server in the settings from "auto" to Washington DC. No more lag in maybe the last 30+ maps. Maybe same issue? |

It's not performance issues for me, but disconnections (crashes) immediatly when I talk to a npc or open my stash.

" It does seem absurd, but it seems like that might be yes, or at least stay off of the Texas server. I switched to DC and haven't lagged at all dozens of maps. Switched to Texas, immediately went up to 3000ms. Started a new map, no lag. Started a new map, 3000ms. Switched back to DC.... no lag since. Dunno. Try something? |
