PS5 Game Performance is just awful and unplayable

Newly invented rollbacks... is fantastic on juiced maps..

How is the game play performance fixed ? It is still the same every single patch for me. Constant spiking and lagging in juiced maps which as a result caused me a number of unexpected deaths. This is frustrating and when i post my frustrations here, the admins deleted my post and put me on probation for negative post. Ok, please tell me what to describe or call a company that sells their products to consumers but their product is not working properly as intended.
