Ascent To Power Cruel Difficulty

After killing Balbala quest is not moving forward. Didnt get any green trial key, juzt normal key but after completion there is no ascendency reward. Still got pink coloured quest "Ascent To Power".

act 3 vaal trial is bugged in a similar way, can't get the green key to get into the zone
I completed a yellow act 2 trial lvl 56 and it still didn't let me get ascendancy points
Might be related, but in act 3 normal it said I still had not gone through the portal even though I was well into cruel. Maybe the flag for cruel bugged out somehow for trials? I went through the portal again, did the act 1 first area again, and now the exclamation point is gone. Still can't ascend or get green trial key drops.

Got the same issue, quest remains stuck on "Travel to Traitor's passage" killed Balbala twice she did not drop anything for quest.

You need to go to 2nd act temple and start with new token, then finish first trial(7rooms+boss). Next you will have a door in the end of corridor with chests, where you can proceed to 2nd trial(7rooms+different boss).
