Apex of the Moment is not working -

+1 On this. It seems to have no effect at all on mobs.

Another patch. Many great updates. Still no word on this issue. Are they even aware it it not working? :(

Hoping to bring some more attention to this, just in case it's escaped notice somehow. Apex of the Moment is still bugged and not doing anything at all, has been that way since the start.

I just tested this in Act 2 and it *does* work. There is no icon for the debuff.

I unskilled it and stood next to a lost man. I started the timer when he hit me and it took him 6s to hit me 4 more times.

I skilled the ability and timed it and it took him 8 seconds to hit me 4 more times. almost exactly the 20% slow as advertised

im confused right now. is it working or not? its difficult to see without any indicators...some people say it works some not. i cannot feel any difference tbh...

This ascendancy does work, there is no debuff icon. The range is about 2/3 of the screen and there is no visual indicator when it takes effect (aside from enemies moving slower). But when you move out of range you will see a blue shimmer on enemies when the debuff leaves them, at that point wait for them to walk into range and notice they slow down.

It does work, and the slow is noticeable. (especially in breach)

An improvement would be to show an icon with the slow percentage (as it'll have less effect on rare / unique mobs etc)

Honestly this is like an offensive aura in poe1, it should be visible on the character and on the monsters as well.

k so this 100% does work.. you can see a blue effect on mobs when it activates.. it just doesnt have an icon.. i tested it on the fire zombies in oghram village..you can see them noticeably moving slower
