Apex of the Moment is not working -

As the title says, Apex of the Moment is not slowing enemies around me.
Tested even in melee with mobs, it doesn't apply any visual effect nor is there a visible difference in their movement speed. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2025, 3:55:38 PM

Please fix this. I chose Chronomancer specifically for this skill, and really disappointed that isn't working. :(

+1 the passive is not applying any debuff, and does not appear to be slowing anything, even with all the slow effect passives on the passive tree. Even unallocated/allocated the node with monsters near me to make sure I wasn't just not noticing the effect.
