Leech is not applying

Can we Please get this fixed ASAP? bringing out ascendancys like the chayula monk and the bloodmage where the keystone mechanic isnt working just feels awfully terrible, they are basically near unplayable, i think this is an issue that needs addressing before anything else, even more so cause leech in general is probably going to make the playing experience a whole lot better for a lot of people when it does work.

blood mage bricked, life cost of spell makes bosses almost impossible

As everyone else has been saying, Bloodmage is completely bricked with the current state of leech. Most high-level Bloodmages have unspec'ed the entire ascendancy save the small 3% life node so they don't end up killing themselves with their own spell costs.

I won't ask for a fix asap as I know there are a lot of things going on.

But it would be helpfull for people to know if this is a confirmed and known issue. So people would be less frustrated and try some other classes or ascendancies nodes until it is fixed or explained.

+1 it was not working for me either when I was trying it on my Merc with Fragmentation Rounds.

+1 not working for Acolyte of Chayula monk nodes. Energy shield does not get leeched with both Ravenous Doubts and Consuming Questions allocated.

Just putting this higher up again as I feel like leech at its current state just does not work at BRICKS some build (bloodmage)

Even Grimro is level 87 bloodmage and only took the +3% max life as his only ascendancy point.

Pretty much have to bump this thread every day until this is fixed, this is a MAJOR PROBLEM.
