Leech not working as intended. Hitting mobs 20 levels lower than me with burtality and mana leech, not leeching anything.

Blood Mage here as well, leech definitely feels spotty, almost like it has an internal cooldown.

Yeah my blood mage spell leech is not working either

With Acolyte of Chayula, I specced in to Ravenous Doubts (mana leech is instant) and Consuming questions (Cannot recharge energy shield, mana leech effects also recover energy shield). Around lvl 50, using phys weapon with skill Whirling assault (no damage conversion) and around 14% mana leech for that skill according to skill stats, I was recovering 1-3 energy shield per cast of Whirling assault. This was easy to see due to Cannot recharge energy shield mod.

I keep refreshing the patch notes to see if it's fixed yet so I can actually use my ascendancy points, I had to unspec them since bloodmage is dead in the water without it due to the forced lifetap mana costs.

Pleaaaase fix soon, this is high priority when an entire stat modifier isn't working at all, and an entire ascendancy as well.
