Lightning Strike 1h/Shield HELP

Well here's my current build - 20-25k dps depending on my current gear setup. Around 15-20k is fairly doable without a massive budget (5L chest, good dagger and some mid priced uniques) but for high survivabillity you're looking at quite a big chunk of orbs. For even more dps just can just skip the armour nodes and pick up even more crit.
