PC pre-download?

Made to 72.61 gb left but keeps giving errors.

Well I wish the errors on my system will stop. I even rebooted! a rare event with my box as it always involves adjusting settings etc, but it made no difference. Five times now I have had variations on this message:

Error:Failed writing received data to disk/application while downloading https://patch-poe2.poecdn.com/4.1.0.5/Bundles2/Streaming/Content/metadata/items/currency/ggdh

the variations are change to whatever directory it decided to stop writing on.

What is going on here GGG?

how do you get the client to actually come up to install. running the .exe does nothing
