Right click and executing as admin seems to have done the trick. That, or is fixed, or i was lucky this time.

Hello, I currently have this problem: after clicking on the installer it installs it directly on my small hard drive c, and not on my big 4 T, so it gets an error about lack of space. Is it possible to change the destination? I don't see, thank you very much

I solved it by moving folder that installer unloaded to my designated location for poe2. Then the launcher installed everything under different drive.

The installer has an 'options' button you can click and change the directory.
