Melee splash with Increased AoE

Does anyone know if the AoE on melee splash is affected by passives like Amplify+Increase AoE skill tree passives & also the Increased AoE gem? Also would melee splash be affected by the concentrated effect gem?

I haven't tried myself but I know the increased aoe should make the aoe wider (someone form ggg said so). IDK about concentrated effect but I would think it works as well.

Yes it Does However I am not sure If Master of the Arena does anything
I was told in global that Master of the Arenas +2 to range doesn't affect aoe skills, only direct melee attacks such as heavy strike, viper strike etc.
it works with Cyclone and Cleave both of which are AOE however im not sure about skills like Infernal Blow
is concentrated effect synergistic with melee splash?

Cyclone uses the weapon's range, and Master of the Arena improves that range. As such, Cyclone benefits.
Cleave uses its own range, overriding the weapon's. Cleave does not benefit from Master of the Arena.

so that's a yes? i read in another thread that support gems can't support support gems. instead only only active skills? is this wrong?

or are you saying that concentrated effect WILL DEFINITELY effect melee splashes AOE radius?

support gems modify the skill linked to have extra effects.
a dominating blow with added fire, elemental proliferations, melee splash, increased AoE will have an absolute mess of effects all of which affect each other... and the minions generated by the main skill alone.

"skill and minions deal x% added fire damage from physical"
"this skill and minions' attack splash"
"status effects spread y radius from affected foes" includes minion's attacks if they proc
"z% increased AoE radius" affects splash, minion's splash, and elemental proliferation's size

why? minions are part of the skill, the skill gained extra effects. both splash and ele prolif are AoE effects. status effects applied by minions however do not get benefit from your passives.
