I've gotten the 480$ founders pack from last year (purchased in Euro) and also haven't gotten any key yet. Lets hope.

If you just counted your suporter pack, maybe you're forgetting the starter packs

I thought you had to actually buy the 480 packs. Not just have spent. I may have misread though.

" No, the $480 threshold can also be reached by adding up lower tier supporter packs. :) - I've never bought one of the highest tier packs and got access for my "lifetime support". i received a key for when i played on PC but now play on PlayStation 5 and spent $435. I feel like i made a mistake. But I'm fine with playing $30 for EA on the 6th
