Nameless seer not spawning

Same here just now. T16 Waste Pool, Back to Basics allocated, 0 monsters remaining, mod on lowest density pack (originally on Deformed Slaves, moved down to Mephitic Maidens) and 100% certain it never spawned. Saved a replay and watched it back, Seer nowhere to be.. seen.

T16 Defiled Cathedral, 0 monsters left, mod on highest density pack (changed to Sulphite mobs). Checked map 4x over, not a very hard map to check over. Never spawned.
Sucks this is my 2nd one ever and was excited to actually get to see the league mechanic again. |

last 3 maps have been like this for me, all strongbox maps. No seer, sucks when you kill every single mob and nothing...

+1 Back to Basics T16 Toxic Sewer map, had Nameless Seer on lantern and doesn't pop. This is the second time he doesn't spawn. Seriously, why is this game full of bugs and issues ..
