Nameless seer not spawning

Same. t16 crimson temple map. einhar and rogue exiles on map. 0 monsters remain and still no nameless seer.

Same here, T16 Cemetery. Map had Einhar, Legion, Strongbox, Shrine, Eater of Worlds, Abyss on it. 0 mobs remain, I was walking through the map for 10 minutes, nothing.

Just had it in A3 start, Only had einhar in zone, Final pack of bugs was normal NOT a capture one, and still nothing ran around the area a few times where they were and still nothing

Same issue, no spawn in Western Forest Act2. Einhar was active, but last pack was not a capture. Einhar existing seemingly caused the flag to fail like others.

Once more with same issue in Imperial Gardens Act3, same thing as before. Einhar present, no spawn in sight.
