Nameless seer not spawning

Had nameless seer on the lantern and cleared the whole map until 0 monsters remain but the seer did not spawn.

Map had Tujen, Einhar and ritual.

Same thing happened to me, it seems that ritual makes the npc to not spawn

you have to be near/ hover over him
basically find him, but he spawns upon killing the last mob of that particular type

Same thing happened to me, T16 Strand, had Harbinger, Expedition, Breach, Blight and eater influence
0 Monsters remaining, searched the map 3 times

Yes I've had him several times already so I'm aware of how he spawns. I did search every crevice on the map (wharf is quite linear so it was easy enough) and I paid attention to the mobs that should have spawned him.

I think previous comment was right, it's ritual or similar mechanics that are stopping him from spawning properly. I guess similar to how abyss can block spawns of other mechanics

Ive had the issue on Cage t16 with the only league mechanic being harbingers.
Cleared every single monster ran across the map four times but couldnt find him anywhere

Same here, Einhar was on the map, no seer spawned! Fix GGG

I had the same issue with Einhar. The last mob of the type was an Einhar beast.
I am assuming that since they do not actually die, the mechanic fizzles.
