tattoos were great but they aren't a tradeoff its significant power creep still (i still think they should bring them back)

attributes are largely a cost mechanic unless you are stacking them, you'd always rather have purely whatever stat you are getting as a secondary or not have to take them at all.

You got your wish as the NERFS far outweigh the minor QOL's they added.
