this league was fun, lets not do it again any time soon

(Edit: sorry, had my head stuck in the previous post for the first sentence there; removed)
“Loot hunt game” and “loot-based ARPG” are not the same quote! They do not mean the same thing! When you’re quoting someone in a precise enough way that you’re accusing them of lying about what they said, you absolutely do not paraphrase with whatever vague replacements pop up in your head, because words mean things. I am not responsible for the actions of an imaginary version of myself someone else thinks of. “You must be running around with no armour” Why? I still find items. I still use items, they’re fairly important to survival in the game obviously. But I do not hunt items; for me ARPGs have never been “loot-based”. I don’t play in order to have my character own a bunch of items, I don’t select one and farm an area or a boss to look for it. When a unique happens to drops, sure, that’s a novelty - different drop sound, different colour, the vague idea that it might be something fun - so I pick it up, identify it…and then inevitably dump it in the uniques tab and never touch it again. I’m not hunting this stuff, I don’t find it valuable. This is not my word choice issue; own your actions, at the very least. And if you aren’t sure what the difference is between two phrases, maybe just ask for an explanation, instead of winding yourself up and lashing out? This could go so differently. What a waste of everyone’s time and energy. Or keep telling yourself I’m in the wrong for, uh, meaning what I say. Yeah how terrible. Up to you.
