I'd guess you don't have a character over 20.

This is a proof you don't have to be shiny to have some class. So this picture answers my question : No, we won't always look like a homeless person!

However, what i just said dosn't apply on Kiwi unfortunately... :D

Keep in mind we haven't even had the end of Act 2 yet, nor Act 3 or 4 so there are probably a ton more visual armor styles for the remaining content not yet added to the game.

I always kind of assumed that Wraeclast has been so messed up that the art of real artistic crafting and metallurgy has been lost. The day to day struggle doesn't afford people the ability to sit and be creative. They're just trying to survive. I'm OK with looking like Errol Flynn on my Duelist until LVL 100 if my offensive skills and what not are still badass.

I saw a 78 Witch the other day dressed in what looked like a burlap sack dress. It was terrifying because I think to myself, "She looks like a beggar. Bet she doesn't hit like one."

actualy i find really uncool some armors/helmet matchups... considering that armor are upperbody, and we can see the panties of the tempar/marauder..
and it is true that the armors are often the same over the levels( I arrived at lvl 54 ad max, and there were fex exeptions.. and weren't so exiting...)
I hope for some more realistic-soldier or heavy-full armor for the pure str/armor armors.. actually i feel like a soldier of fortune
