i have same exept its for ES, and my life does leech fine and ES wich i got ES leech didnt and also got regen % Es per second and all map didnt and was no moods of stoping regen or anything i checked everything ofc. next map was normal again though but sometimes happens never regens nor leeching and thers no no leech no regen mod

I'm encountering this issue as well. I'm running Vitality, along with Ritual of Awakening, so I have plenty of life regen, and there will be times I'm in a map, sitting at half health, and my health is not moving at all. Double and triple checked map mods, my gear, my passives, nothing should be doing this. My life regen just randomly shuts off and does nothing, then kicks back in after a while.

Bump! Also happening to me. Been trying to find an explanation and I am happy to have found this thread to know I'm not crazy. I'll try Lockstep and see if it makes a difference. ZO, EY, BM, and GR. I am SOL when it happens as I cannot cast, but luckily it only lasts for a few seconds when it does. Have not noticed it happening out of combat. I almost thought it was being affected somehow by coruscating because the life seemed to return when the flask resets, but maybe that's coincidence. Going to follow this and looking forward to finding an explanation!
