Life recharge stops - even tho it shouldnt
How do you gain life after being hit tho? You have no life leech in that pob at all, your life regen is converted into ES regen. I think you should NOT be recharging life if you were hit last 2sec.

i understand why you are asking, and i dont have an answer to that question. I simply dont fully understand the ZO EY interaction.
the thing is, it only sometimes does not recharge. sometimes i run a bunch of maps in a row without that happening. (and trust me i dont ninja dodge around the map and take 0 damage) It could be a misunderstanding of that interaction, but then it should happen to all people running this build, which it doesnt. I will add that I have gain 10 life on kill, on my tree, and when this bug happens that doesn't work either.

Happens to me as well in my EB Storm Brand Inquisitor. To counter one of the posts here on not having life regen when hit by a mob, see below YT vid posted by a viewer from Captain Lance's stream testing the bug in Sanctum safe zone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtCvSTVVcCQ See what happens during the 0:30, 0:50, 1:15 second mark. From this we can establish the following: - The character has life regen for at least 90% of the time, excepting the times the regen pause happens for a few secs and kicks back after - The trigger is not from an enemy hit, this was done in a safe zone - This is not caused through any interaction with consecrated ground. The character is not specced into Sanctuary as you can see in 1:35. There is no visual animation of it either during the demonstration Sharing some of my input that someone more familiar with the game mechanics can possibly look into: - I remember a discussion in one of CaptainLance's streams that regen stops for a few secs when reservation is reset. Not sure if this is somehow happening in this case - I have a CWDT setup linked to void sphere of rending and ball lightning of static. Sharing as maybe the interaction with CWDT skills is relevant - Based on my experience, frostblink cancels the pause and restores regen (untl the next occurrence of the bug, at least). Somehow leap slam does not exhibit the same ability to bypass the bug. Hope this gets fixed if it's a bug, or at least explained as to why it's happening if the effect is intentional (and hopefully workaroundable). |

Its because your cast speed is so high with Storm Brand and you play on predictive mode

" This sounds plausible, as I have been experiencing spotty lag spikes recently.. So what happens is that, when a bad enough desync occurs, my game client does not allow me to regen until my 'banked' previous casts are resolved in the game server? If this is the case then it's a bit odd that it only happens with this character as I've had multiple chars with fast cast times and have not experienced this same issue. Usually when a desync occurs, it still allows me to cast spells ad infinitum. Granted those are not life-cost builds, but with this logic my mana or energy shield should stop regen as well at the point I've casted too many spells without being resolved in the game server due to the desync. |

Can confirm, switched over to lockstep and it has not happened once in ten maps. It's been happening EVERY map so far today earlier.
