Link Fireball with LMP and Pierce at the same time. That way you will launch 3 Fireballs that all have a chance to pierce.

ya but i wont be able to use other gems that i wanted to use cuz i know i wont be able to get a 5/6 link item with the colors i want in it cuz it sooooo much money theres no way ill get that, thats why i said " only one fireball wil come out" its just this game is too hard to get 5 link items at colors u want. i was thinking of getting a 3/4 link item with fireball and i wanted to use stuff that will never make me run out of mana cuz every time i use fireball i can only use it like 8x and then no mana and theres no point on using mana pots cuz monsters always hit me once and im down to 0 mana and i tried using blood magic but that kills u and clarity is not doing a good job

i have my fireball to shot out more then one and still have items that wont make me run out of mana

Stack mana and mana regen on your gear and passives, you can easily get enough to make it so you don't run out while casting.

To purchase? I have no idea, but it can't be much since it's a quest reward.

Looking at your intended build, it is fairly solid, though you have absolutely no mana nodes nor mana regen nodes, and you're utilizing a fairly mana-heavy spell.

Since you pass right by it, I would recommend picking up Eldritch Battery - it will give you more base mana at the cost of your energy shield. The benefit to this is you'll have much more mana to play around with, and more mana = more base mana regen.

So if you get a couple pieces of gear with mana regen % on them, you should have plenty to keep casting without running out.
