This has helped MAJORITY of my issues. Follow the steps. Had to re-do the AHK part but that was about it. Much easier to follow over the other guides out there.

This is somewhat making the game playable again.

Playing with power plan, CPU BIOS settings and other witches stuff just to exuse bad "engine" patch? No, thank you.
As I agree with you all. This doesn't take away the fact that the Reddit Thread was created over 2 years ago.

Had I known sooner I would have done it sooner. It sets up an Auto Hot Key that you can load when you play Path of Exile and then exit when complete.

Tedious? Yes.

Bandaid? Sure.

Can my low end PC feel good enough to play the game I enjoy? YES.

Each person can read and each person can make their own choices.

The problem still exists. CLEARLY.

But it is a solution that has helped for years apparently.

It is what it is.

Over 30 years experience as a developer with tons of experience as a system admin.

Not touching that "solution" with a 10 foot pole. If GGG wishes to remain silent so be it. POE 1 dies. POE 2 is years away.

Sorry, but this is NOT a solution. It is a bandaid at best for a broken update. And not only that, but you are actually putting your system in hypermode and possibly risking a complete system failure. I would highly recommend you do not do that, especially if your computer was expensive.

As mentioned in this reddit post, this can drastically increase your CPU temps and power consumption, which can absolutely fire back at you if used in a game that is running on a completely broken update that is already straining your CPU as is due to its many problems.

Again, this is NOT a solution for the root of the problem, and so I'd consider removing it from the title if I were you.

The only league I remember being brutal on the PC was Delirium.

Agree, but they admitted their mistakes and fixed that fog lag. I hope they will fix 3.22 issue, i really hope.

Very true, they did indeed.
would be nice if GGG put a statement to this issue, since everybody experiencing long loading times especially for the rogue harbor and some specific hideouts.

at least i wanna know if they are aware of the problem and working on a fix, or if they just didnt even noticed it yet :)

It seems they have noticed
