Why can i only see lvl 71 and up map info? What happened to the lower level spoiler O_O

Described Affixes also disappeared.. I guess it´s because of editing?

The formatting error has been addressed. I've had to restore an older revision from best memory unfortunately, so it'll be slightly different.
