Inqusitor RF vs Jugg RF- Which is better?

Are we just looking at Tanky or DPS? Asking because, for fun, I made an RF character (completely different from any of the meta ones) last league but the goal was not to do end content.

I simply wanted a huge AoE, explodey, and run really fast (so I don't need to leap slam/shield charge/etc. as that isn't as much fun). It was my final character of the league and I wanted to run fast with big AoE because I wanted to farm some hideouts I still needed.

So for anyone NOT interested in bossing at all with their RF and just enjoys some chill fast mapping action with an RF that is almost the entire screen in size, here's the pob. Note this is definitely NOT a league starter haha...

Edit: The Evasion mastery that changed into the 15% used to be Grace Reservation and some of the other masteries got messed up too. Obviously in 3.21 some minor adjustments would be needed due to the changes.
