Inqusitor RF vs Jugg RF- Which is better?

Jugg no doubt. Much better defense. Maybe a LITTLE bit less damage.

i played both inq and jugg and didnt notice any major difference in DPS. if you just want to run maps and do some easier bosses like elder/shaper the damage is fine on jugg and jugg has much better defenses

Jugg is tankier in theory but with decent investment, both Inqui and Jugg will be tanky enough for most content. Jugg is cheaper to build, but its main advantage is having a built-in increased AoE from Endurance charges, which help clearing, while Inquisitor has better DPS early on.
Both can do all content save for Uber pinnacle (with some investment I guess they could, but it would take so long this wouldn't be worth the pain), and grind safely up to lvl 100 and 38+ challenges. |

with rf jugg i did all content except for uber uber elder, and uber sirius
because uber sirius is impossible as rf anything i would know because i went 40/40 |

"Best" is subjective. Jugg is tanker, Inq does more damage, Elementalist is faster and does even more damage.
