Was too poor to participate in the closed beta but I remember all those articles and the game was so interesting I was jealous not being able to play the closed beta.

Sorry. In a better timeline you were among the many people for whom I bought a key. Closed beta support was easily my favourite of all the packs GGG ever offered.

Dont feel bad, the numbers D3 and CoD churned out are astronomically more than PoE. It's a fart in the wind comparatively. Still they were undoubtedly successful and best arpg most recently, but let's not get over our skies here. PoE ain't Diablo, Call of Duty, League, WoW, FIFA or anything like that.
