Separate Atlas Tree for EACH character?
" i didnt report anyones post, i dont even know under what grounds anyone would have reported anything said so far. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

That's just a bad idea and i don't even want to elaborate on why it would be a pain in the ass to manage multiple trees, which then if you wanna change you'll have to use the damn Orbs anyway. Make another account or use Unmaking Orbs.

" Very constructive pov. :D You forgot to dab :D |

![]() Also, the first question a new player would ask after making another character is "why the fuck my tree reset? does that happen all the time?". So yeah, stop being lazy and/or poor. Use the Orbs. Ruthless should be [Removed by Support]. Last edited by AdRonZh3Ro#4713 on Feb 6, 2023, 9:52:19 AM

I'll add my anecdotal personal experience for what little it's worth.
It doesn't make all that much difference to me, because I don't often get more than one char per league. That said, it may make a difference at the times when I do. I usually play SSF, and there it makes more of a difference, as each specialization is more focused on certain kinds of boosts. So in SSF it makes a moderate difference in how easily you can gather all the different boost types; this of course is ameliorated considerably by good use of scarabs as well as some things (like heist) having access to many boost types. I have done some re-speccing in my current run; and I found that the orbs I acquired were about the right amount to do the respeccing I wanted to; part of the need to respec is because I don't have much end-game experience, so I'm making more changes based on finding things that work well or don't work well for me and this particular char. |

" No. The first question would be "why the fuck it stays the same on a new character?". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

" so far i've posted a suggestion which i believe is fair for ALL players. which is players have the choice to have separate trees for separate characters. and if they choose to do so, that character would have their atlas reset back to 0 and have to unlock everything all over again. so far only one person responded positively. this makes me convinced that most of you who keep asking for a separate tree arent willing to work for it. most of you asking for this are just pure lazy. you want it easy. you guys have taken the atlas tree for granted. if you create a new character, your new character will have a new passive tree, and you need to level up that new character to get passive points to allocate in this new passive tree. if you want a separate atlas, then you should work for it again. based on the logic of "b-b-b-but i already unlocked all my atlas passives, i should be able to use them on a separate character". by that same logic if i had a level 100 character i should be able to create a new character that has all their passive points unlocked. " I have nothing against atlas being reset. Honestly, if you have one character already with completed Atlas - it'd take like, what, an hour to complete it on the other character? I'm also up for a "no-need-for-acts" new character. But this thread(and all others in this subforum) won't change anything, cuz GGG just don't give a single fuck about community feedback. Well, at least not until you are a famous influencer or something, so those are mostly for venting. Generally, agreeing or disagreeing does not matter here :D |

I like exsea's suggestion.

" i dont know entirely if GGG is ignoring us. but what i can say is some of my suggestions did come to fruition but in different forms over the years. i believe that GGG does have someone reading all the shit we post, filters them out, and tells the team. i believe that they have a huge ass long list of "to-dos" that newer and more divisive suggestions such as this particular issue are pushed into the "not important for now" category. " thanks, i think its a middle ground where players get to work for an alternate atlas without needing to create a new POE account. its fair for all players as theres no additional advantage and players who want this feature need to work for it. essentially its something players can do even now via playing on different accounts.
