I saw a guy in town literally looks like a delirium monster, those little spike head looking that explodes on death, there is a MTX like that?? does anyone know?

Sounds like one of the Vilemorph pets from the current Sanctum Mystery Box. They are normal pets outside of towns but you turn into the little demon when you enter. :D
