Totally agree to these. PoE is best enjoyed as a single player experience, where you HAVE to deal with whatever you are dealt in each league, be it drops, hard mobs and character deaths. By characters that don't consider the number of portals on a map a resource...
Unfortunately, all the MMO elements really work to the detriment of the game where genuinely fun mechanics, especially crafting related, such as recombinators and harvest get gutted on the regular, due to them being "too strong" in a trade environment.
The game would have so much potential as a SP/Coop rpg with ladders, seasons and events. So much fun is sacrificed to placate the tradecore community.

None of the streamers i know of represent anything i care about in this game.

Cycle some new supported streamers in and make them compete over healthy metrics like player education and the quality of their builds provided (not hyper-min-maxed meta builds that require insane specialized gear)

I think you nailed it. I'm torn between the two choices. Oh wait! I think that they can both be true at the same time? That would be my pick.

It's like if Satan himself crawled out of Hell for a few seconds and in his last breath made a venomous snake made out of salt with OPs post.

Plenty of streamers/YTrs do other things better than Ziz, namely: Mathil, Path of Math(rip), Eirikeiken and Jousis, to name a few.
