D3 is totally worth $60

the whole thing about swapping skills and MF doesn't even apply until Inferno
so you can play 3/4 of the game before that is even an issue

you can have tons of fun getting all 5 classes through Normal difficulty
even if that's all you do that's still 75 hours of play

the visuals are not great in some areas, but the beginning of Act 3 is awesome
lots of atmosphere and very fun

Leoric's Manor in Act 1 is pretty fun and has some good atmosphere too

I'm glad I bought, it was lots of fun
I'm glad I quit, it got boring after 200 hours

I can't wait for the PvP patch to come out so I can start playing again

If pvp is going to be max 2v2 (as some rumors are pointing), people will go rampage. Blizzard is so damn thickheaded that it wouldn't surprise me.

Maybe its max 2vs2 because there are max 4 players, In d2 its max 8, so thats not an improvement for sure..... Its so damn mini-scaled lol.
