Yeah! I totally agree. I've turned off all my aura micro transactions visuals so I can have visibility on what's going on around my character. Wings too, they are so big I can't see shit. By some reason this game has minimap so bad it would take me whole day to list all problems, but it is a standard on such games to see mobs which are noticeably deadly.
And death recap! When!? After 10 years?
This is such a dick mod, truly worthy of GGG. Ofc all of them things have to spawn between your legs so you dont see them. GGG really pushes the cant stand in place or u dead thing hard.
POE2 should be the ruthless vision experience and POE1 should be the zoom power fantasy sandbox to capture both audiences.
I petition to return all the fun stuff that was removed or nerfed over the years back into POE1.

i really hate how GGG prides themselves for having BULLSHIT mechanics that are hard to notice.

it affects melee the worst when youre trying to clear packs and a ton of effects happen at once.

i've stopped putting music in the background just to listen to the sizzling cue to gtfo.

its so bad i actively disable all my mtx's so that i have better visibility, this includes not using pets.

i have no incentive to spend points to buy mtx anymore

The thing I hate most is that GGG gives these warning visuals very selectively. Tukohama's slam has a very bright circle that suggests you get away from it, for example. Hell one of the Sanctum guards who uses that Consecrated Path skill has a very obvious indicator. Then you look at Izaro and you get no warning with his slam, or Sirus when he teleports off-screen and then uses his "Die" laser barrage.

We need more visual cues to get out of an area or risk getting obliterated. Make it a toggle or something.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.
audio is pretty decent for it most of the time but its covered up sometimes by crit noises, the visuals are alright but also covered up by other visuals.

This one needs some fixing for sure since not everyone leans on audio queues as much as others.

If i HEAR them i know that i need to not be where i've been for the past ??? seconds and keep that up but sometimes even though i try to do that they get me regardless, i have capped chaos res this league so its not usually knocking me out but i only hate them slightly less than those lightning spires and lightning is the only res i have above 75.

I've ran into these a lot - they've never hurt me? Are they chaos damage or something?

I always cap my chaos resist, and even in t-16 they only seem to do chip damage?

What am I missing here?
