Is it hyperbole to say today's Manifesto might be the single most important one ever?

It will be interesting to see how the loot spreads out, if it is a flat multiplier based on present modifiers.

Or maybe is just a hidden mob drop modifier that is rng based? Who knows.

Still they havent exactly said now how Quant/Rairty would function combined with some of those AN modifiers (flasks/jewels/fractures/uniques)

Basically loot goblins still exist but you just wont know it until they potentially rng explode? Or maybe I misunderstood.

Edit: if unclear I meant the positive AN modifiers and conversions

Harvest Manifesto was the turning point in the game for me.

Archenemsis Manifesto was the most important manifesto in the sense that a wrong move here could have figuratively pulled the plug on the game for many players.
It is not hyperbole for me to say that, no. My hope was zero before it, I actually resubscribed to WoW. More than half of what I've hated about changes since 3.15 is archnemesis mods. Maybe even 75%. There are incredibly dumb decisions since then, but archnemesis was unavoidable and changed every portion of the game. (well, maybe not boss kills, but I prefer mapping)

Harvest didn't affect me, I skipped the league and never really learned to benefit from it. So for many, it's the second most important one.

Unique jewels was another change for the worse, really at least three changes for the worse. Ailment protection on jewels will help a small number of people, but many more are nerfed. Some with unique jewels they need removed.

I'm hopeful again, but not really optimistic. Do something to lure me in, if you want my money. And stop with the pure, pointless nerfs. Whether you admit that or call it "rebalancing" or something. Less doesn't feel more impactful. It feels less.
