Don't see why Standard needs a special label.

Right now, if someone says "Standard" I'd assume they meant "Permanent league without HC ruleset and without SSF ruleset", as opposed to the temporary Kalandra SC Trade league.

Kinda expect this confusion will come up, after all permanent Standard is the third most popular game mode now (behind league SC trade, and league SC SSF), and with Ruthless likely to pull away some people who presently play SC SSF to at least try it, I expect Standard may even be the second most popular game mode in 3.20.
