The guide has a specific leveling section. For the switch you want Piscator wand and Mind of the Council. Both can be equipped at level 59.
If you have fully decked twink gear you can level with wand attack all the way, but only _if_ you have. If _not_ use the brand leveling or you will have a really bad time. With fully decked twink gear: The idea is Kinetic Bolt --> Kinetic Bolt ballista totem --> Power Siphon ballista totem. You need to keep using Kinetic Bolt until you get the wand mastery that allows spell damage to appy to attacks. Kinetic Bolt is level 1 so you can start right away with the first unique items. Ballista Totem is 12 and Power Siphon as soon as you can get the wand mastery. Of course you annoint Watchtowers on the Foible when twinking beforehand. When leveling get 2 Grand Mana flasks at level 18. They can only roll: Enduring, Seething and Foreboding. You want to of the type "Foreboding". The trick is to spam one of the flasks while doing content. They get charges insanely fast and they stack. Each time a flask is finished you get a high chunk of mana. Because they get charges so quickly you can have very many of those foreboding charges going procing very often. If you run out of 1 flask just use the backup one. Twink leveling PoBs

First, thanks for the build! I switched to this from my league starter and the power is very good for how cheap everything is. I love everything being frozen!
Do you have any tips on how to play the character? I find myself struggling with juggling the arcane cloak buff and divine blessing buffs. Trying to keep them up consistently, without depleting my mana too much. Find myself ripping a bunch, usually due to not getting regen or buffs when I expect to. Having a hard time getting past 88. | |

Blood Rage and the blessing is just sth I press every so often. " PoB has a Timeless jewel search. That is what I used. You find some jewels and can open the trade links directly in PoB. Made it super easy. Pantheon are brine king and no burning ground. | |
" Thanks a lot by the time I saw this I already reached lvl 45, n Armageddon is fast. I have already bought the piscator, council, breath stealer n foible. Need to anoint n keep it as well. Just some more levels. Just a tip for others try getting maji early. U can get it in act2 ~lvl 23 n get movement n res ascendancy. With that it is pretty fast. |

Hi, one query what if we remove few minor nodes (3 of them) and add to skill effect duration we can have some qol for arcane cloak, wrath, rage, arcane surge.
Also, when we do coc sniper mark, we can add flame wall/sigil instead of rage? |

" I am nearly 98 and my last 3 points where into skill duration and I am using Vaal Haste atm instead of Blood Rage. You can use whatever you feel fits your playstyle. One can even argue that Haste instead of Wrath is good since it makes the build feel smoother. You want as much movement/attack/action speed you can get. | |

What "luxury" upgrades can we do this league?
I have so much fun with your overhauled build, as it can do heist (I love heist!) and juiced mapping so easily. Also Maven/Sirus and the Invitations (even the Feared is absolutely doable). At the moment I have ~50 Div to spend and when I juice the maps with the blue whisps it feels I drop around 3 raw Div per day farming only from this. Suggestions? |
