GGG don't protect scammers. This rule protects all of us, so we can't be falsely accused.

this is no scam ... just lack of attention from you ....sorry. double check system make scam impossible.

You had to hover your mouse over the gem before you hit accept in the trade window. 100% your own fault.

Scamming is OK because they want it to feel dangerous in Wraeclast.
The problem I see is if you really were in Wraeclast and someone scammed you, you could do something about it. Maybe a bounty on his head. Instead you just have to take it, and somehow its your fault for bending over. |

GGG will take action if enough people report the scammer. That is their line, in any case. If enough folks report the scammer then they will make sure the person is following all the rules. The broken rules they usually uncover in this case are more likely not trade scamming but other rules like RMT type rules. If they uncover any infractions then the person's account is deleted but, as others have mentioned, you will never be told.

" If you have "proper" proof of this scam and send it to GGG support, then it will be put on the scammers account. With enough reports, then scammer account will be perma banned. However per GDPR rules, you can't be told what GGG do or don't do on other peoples accounts. Also nothing will be returned to you by GGG since that is against their rules. |
