does ggg do anything if you got trade scammed?

Hey guys, i just want to know if when i get scammed, and i lose 11 divine orbs, and i report a guy- will ggg do anything against this or is this totally fine?
This guy listed enlightened lvl4 for 10.9 divine in league, shows you the gem, says one moment i give change, apologieses for taking so long and giving you extra chaos, you think this guy is nice and click ok, only to see its a lvl 3 enlightened support gem I reported this guy and i hope i get my divine orbs back. btw. he is listing it every other minute new, so i think he is scamming other people right now. GGG is not allowed to discuss any measure they take against other players so there's no way to kmow.

So there is no chance i get my divine orbs back. alright, so since im not allowed to call out this guy, because here ironically my post gets instantly deleted, i will only say this:
Dont buy Enlightened lvl 4 from the guy thats currently selling it for 11.2 divine orbs ;-) anyone want my league gear? im quitting right now because of this. |

Thats what i thought. so the only solution, if ggg protects scammers, is to become a scammer too.

The reason GGG can't allow naming and shaming on web site. "Under the Defamation Act 2005 a person must not publish matter defamatory of another living person if they know the matter to be false, or with intent to cause serious harm to the victim. This includes a noticeboard in a shop and comments on the internet. Courts have awarded large sums in damages to a person's reputation." |

I've been scammed so many times yet I understand that having an auction house Diablo-style would fill the game with trade bots and proce fixers even more. It's the price to pay to have a somewhat cleaner economy.

email proof to support, if a player scams enough and gets reported enough action is taken against them, you will never be told about said action though.

They don't do anything. They protect scammers. If you name and shame them they will remove your post and maybe ban you for having the audacity to hurt a scammers feelings.
