There is no tech support from GGG. I told you that in your thread. *We* are the only tech support we have.

And a Mega thread is pretty much a useless idea. Just because you have lag, and someone somewhere else has lag on the other side of the world, doesn't mean it's the same issue on GGG's end, far from it. The factors that go into what is going on is ludicrous at best. That is why we ask for a MTR, and that is why GGG does (did, when they did tech support). You have NO IDEA what the issue is and just generally blaming GGG or anyone else, doesn't help without data to back it up. Hint: RUN THE MTR. As far as GGG may be able to see, everything is fine according to their Provider - and GGG sure as shit can't see our connections either. Hint: RUN THE MTR.

And another reason these mega threads are useless. How long do you think it will take for anyone to go insane trying to help 3/5/10/15 people in a thread like this? How long before people get lost in the shuffle of replies flying back and forth.

Yeah, no thanks. Have fun with that. Leading people to a thread such as this is a bad idea unless you are going to sit here and help everyone in it.

Dang dude, who pissed in your cheerios?
Not only that -- it's not an issue WE can fix. Because the issue isn't with our connection. It isn't even with the server. Most of these issues are related to a gateway in between the players and PoE's servers.

Here's a way to tell: If you're lagging -all- of the time, it's either the server or your connection.

If you're lagging only in certain maps / randomly in hideout, it's a gateway. Which sucks, because the only resolution is ....try another area/map/reload hideout.

MTR is very useful, because we can pinpoint -which- gateways are problematic, but without GGG deciding to contact the backbone providers with raw data, there's nothing that can be done.
I've tried Exitlag and it solved the problem. It's paid program with 3 days trial. I live in Texas which is pretty close to a server and I'm using Frontier Fiber.
PM me if I win something!

Well then you know that there is an connection/ISP issue between your pc and GGG servers.
