Latency/Lag Spikes MEGA Thread

Just a PSA, but my latency seems to have stabilized tremendously after optimising the QoS settings in my router.

My QoS was turned on but it was set to the default 1000mbps up/down.

I changed it to 30 / 20 as those were my speedtest results.

Maps are no longer giving insane latency fluctuations like 50ms - 3000ms spikes, Im now getting 30ms with spikes up to 250ms.

you shouldn't have any QoS activated on your ISP router.....

I use PPPOE with a router between the modem and my PC which is connected via ethernet.
I just wanted to be fair and post, that the issue for me seems to be with my wireless connection, though it has fluctuated wildly, from being very smooth to unplayable recently, where nothing seems to have changed on my end. Connecting via ethernet cable does remove the lag for me. Unfortunately I don't have an easy cable connection here.

Does this mean that you are doing double NAT ?

yeah PoE and a Wireless connection is a really bad mix since the netcode can't really handle it (confirmed by GGG several times).
I'm sorry GGG, but why is there no reaction to the problems people are having here? The game is unplayable for me every evening between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Every shitty day for 2 weeks. every f***ing 10 secs lag spikes. During the day no Lags. I have no problems with other online games. I have a 2 Mbit connection - no W-LAN.

Why is there no statement here? Whats up with you?

I thought it was fixed because I had no issues over the last few days. Unfortunately it started to spike again a few minutes ago and now I am unable to play the game.
Aus server.

I had no lag in the first week of the league and was able to quickly finish my league starter.

Second week into the league I started my second build, and the random spiking started. Happens every 5 sec, even when I'm standing still in my ho.

Using Wi-Fi instead of cable might be contributing to the issue, which is unfortunate for someone who doesn't have easy access to cable connection...
I started to have issues last night (US East). I have a 2G fiber connection, 1000mbs wireless, and I had no issues for months until post this last patch. I've been fluttering 30-40ms and shooting up for 200-20000ms in moments, especially after I enter a map.
