GGG, please don't listen to this games Subreddit

Despite my earlier criticisms I decided to play the league anyway and as it turns out I'm still having fun. I think GGG has learned some valuable lessons during this firestorm about the importance of communication. Stealth nerfs intended or not are usually a bad idea.

If you are not having having fun then go play something else. That's what I do. Why would I play a game that's not fun. I have to do a lot of other things daily that are not fun and gaming shouldn't be among them.

I know that a lot of people are not happy with the changes, and that's o.k. You can't please everybody. GGG has clearly stated their vision. They are not trying to destroy the game. Since the GGG team are not a bunch of idiots, they probably are also quite aware that their vision of how the game should be may not align perfectly with the vision of some other players. This is a risk they are apparently quite willing to take in order to fully realize their vision for the game.

The game is still free to play, we are not charged a monthly subscription, and purchasing items and supporter packs in the shop is optional and not a pay-to-win scheme as with some other games out there.

While I like to play a lot of other games such as Elden Ring for example and may not play every league, I'm probably going to play this game on and off for many years to come (depending on how many more years this old man has left) as long as I'm still having fun.
