GGG, please don't listen to this games Subreddit

i agree 100%

i had a pause, tried expedition, made a waky build, felt easy, left.

then i read they reworked dodge (easy mode) and saw a video of a guy fighting a yellow mob like its 2015, atm im having a blast with yet another waky build (geared up with 1 divine worth)

the game is fine, redditors are spoiled gamers who want loot above gameplay (which is fine, in D3)

I honestly agree with OP. Me and my friends were zooming 3 days in. The league is 3 months long. And if anything, we are getting more currency than ever.

If people want easy, go diablo, full set on lvl up, completely geared in a few hours. Fits perfect for a lot of you guys.

They are an extreme minority. The silent majority enjoy the challenge and difficulty you're trying to add back to this game.

My friends and I personally quit due to how easy the game was for the majority of it's content for ~5 years. Now we're back and loving difficult Elite mobs and arch nemesis mods.

Please keep doing what you personally like and want and not what the extreme minority on Reddit want.

Then why did player base drop by more than 70%?

Then why did you believed in ramdom numbers?

As a scientific studying method it is useful and valid. But nowadays it usually used as a promotion strategy, it is easily get twisted and biased. And sadly making a statistic research on something require much more effort than putting a number there.

soruce! validity, and reliability discussions! where are them?

sounding much serious now?

(oh btw I don't means that your 70% player drops is not valid, I personally didn't do any research on it so I have no way to confirm it or disagree with it, I just want to point out the misunderstanding of "stating numbers" ;)
not valid btw.. from 250k down to what? 30-60k on peak day hour on one platform pretty safe to asume that at best it's down to 40-75k (being generous)

man again the fun some of you are selling doesnt look like fun to me, you're still frustrated at people for having just a different opinion..

oh and lets also ignore the fact that they are on ignore mode again (Tggg devs) they are trying to go silent again so things calm down so people forget about this so the twitch stream will get the hype going again for another quick injection/influx of cash from naive folks rushing to buy supporter packs after they watch the next trailer for 3.20

The game already allows you to make the game harder if you choose to via map juicing.
having arch nemesis mobs 1 shotting or being unkillable invading every instance of your game is not enjoyable for people who dont want to play meta builds or spend 10k hours figuring out how to make the game "ez"

yeah its easy for you and your friends but for the rest of us we are just rolling our eyes at this crap that nobody asked for.

You know something is wrong when RARES are 10x harder than the area boss.

And no I don't use reddit I play the game and come to my own conclusions. The AN league was the last time these monsters were enjoyable. because I chose to engage with them, I chose to challenge myself adding higher tier mods to them and making them harder.

The developers are telling a very conflicting narrative with their game where they fully allow you to customize difficulty on your maps but disallow you to do anything about the AN mobs.

If you enjoy how it is, great FOR YOU.

Theres a very clear difference between difficulty and annoyance and thats what ggg doesnt get right. I am fine with a hard game but not so much with a game that tries to achieve that by removing features. No proper endgame crafting and the worst league mechanic in years are big nonos.

We also got way too little new skills to play with while older ones are complete doodoo. Combine that with the loot incident at the start of the league and you got the recipe for disaster. If lightning conduit would have been garbage, this would have been even worse than it already is.

So you afked for 5 years, but think for some reason you represent the extreme majority, and not just your group of friends?

Talk about ego.

The majority of posts on this league and the direction of the game are largely overblown, but this is so, so much worse. You have literally no idea what the game has been for the last 5 years, nor any context for the current changes, but for some reason think your feedback should weigh more heavily than people actively playing the game in the last half a decade.

Grow up.

And once you've got your full set, there's pretty much nothing left to do besides grift to grind legendary gems for stats on gear.

I'm definitely not interested in the d3 vision.
