GGG, please don't listen to this games Subreddit

They want to literally log into the game, press a "run maps" button and have it automatically generate and sort loot into their stash tabs while they alt tab.

They are an extreme minority. The silent majority enjoy the challenge and difficulty you're trying to add back to this game.

My friends and I personally quit due to how easy the game was for the majority of it's content for ~5 years. Now we're back and loving difficult Elite mobs and arch nemesis mods.

Please keep doing what you personally like and want and not what the extreme minority on Reddit want.

Why do people like you feel the need to lie about the situation?
To make yourselves feel better? To troll?

Cool thing about this forum vs. reddit, you can see who is actually playing the game and who isn't.

Reddit has gone off the deep end. There are good criticisms, but you won't find many there.

They want a different game than GGG makes. That's ok. GGG can pick their customers.

Reddit is a valid source of peoples opinion about the game. There are different kind of players and some of them dont want the game to become harder. That is how i see it, at least.

I like the challenge and difficulty of this league. I dont really want every league to be a free tabula rasa at level 5 and smooth sail into red maps. BUT... that is my opinion and i understand many player will disagree.

I tend to agree with the sentiment that the game has hit some serious lows in terms of easiness in the last 3-5 years and I probably hit my low point in 3.13 when the game felt like god mode was enabled.

But I wouldn't assume that I'm in the majority. I think there are a lot of people who enjoyed the easier game. There are a lot of D3 refugees here who certainly would push the game closer to D3 if they had their way. Of course I think that's dumb; just go play D3 and let there be games that meet different niche needs. But just the same, there is a lot of very casual players playing POE and they saw a brief moment where they could do god like things. They're not going to let go of that easily. Honestly, that's the real f-up for GGG. You can't take things away without heavy blowback; so don't give those types of things in the first place.

GGG should stick to their plans and not just bow down to the community though. If there is one group that would quickly drive this truck off a cliff, it would be a community based democracy for how to build the game. They should of course be sensitive to the overarching trends, but certainly should not be mapping their priorities to whatever the current flavor of the month gripe is.

But they need to do a better job of communicating big changes. They left far too many things out of the patch notes and reveals. They can only get away with that so many times before the trust deficit will start costing them their core constituency that likes the direction they are taking the game. If they're worried about the blowback and getting a lower Day 1 concurrency, then maybe they should walk some of the changes back or they should accept that outcome if there is a longer term goal that they need to meet like POE2 being slower and harder, and the core game needs to get slower and harder to match it.

For OP the game is so fun right now that he's still so unhappy that has to talk shit about others people view/opinion..

Telling you the "fun" some people is selling in this forums is full of themselves and it rots..

I think reddit is fine, i dont really care about some of the stuff, but if i see some critism on reddit with 10k upvotes then i fully support accept reddit as a source, even better than this forum, atleast in reddit you wont get censored for saying negative stuff about mtx, try to comment something bad under their mtx advertise posts here, insta deleted.

That majority you claim to represent is as silent as it is a majority. I understand that the ability to make multiple toons and have multiple accounts can aggravate people's multiple personality disorder, but don't worry, there are enough relatively sane exiles around to give you a reality check. Here's a hint: even if you are legion you still count as one person playing on the steam chart.

When 95% of a certain community saiz a thing is bad , then it is.
