what does promoted mean? getting a shout-out isn't the same as being bound to a contract and getting paid you also didn't mention pathofmath showing up in your googling adventure so that says enough

You seriously have issues with the fact that we don't know for sure, so jumping to any conclusions is just futile. Let me be direct, and I challenge you to only answer this question with a "yes" or "no" (but we all know you probably won't).

IF(!) he was being payed by GGG to promote their game through a certain platform called Twitch, would it be 'more OK' for them to ban him from the game, after directly insulting whoever payed him, while streaming/talking about their game?

My answer here is "yes". If he wasn't payed, I find it very strange that they would ban him, as it all occurred on a third party site.

mate he isn't getting PAID to play a game that he nolifes the fuck out of it just doesn't make any monetary sense at all and I'm sure the marketing department from ggg knows this and it's ilegal to get paid to promote something without disclosing that you're being sponsored so there goes your speculations

Read ToS. You dont own anything you have bought. You only purchase the right to use it. Its like this everywhere, Steam, Origin, Epic store etc. Also buying anything, even in real world doesnt mean you have free pass when it comes to rules. You forfeit that right by acting in this way. On top of that he owes GGG his status. No PoE > No PoM.

Read what I say.

You can invalid the TOS with consumer protection laws. When invalid it has no legal effect and no legal standing. VOIDED.

we Europeans are just privileged with consumer laws these persons aren't protected by them and are used to being treated like disposables by multi-million companies and then for some reason also feel the need to protect the company that uses and abuses them lol these companies gaslight the consumers so that they turn on each other and don't fight for their rights we as consumers should only care about getting treated right we shouldn't defend companies abuse

Simple answer...
He is sad little snowflake who was afraid his job was in jeopardy.
GGG took his toy car and replaced it with something that he didn't understand.

He is a elitist that got what he deserved.

Criss is a human being that work on a game we love and at the end of the day he goes home to his family.
U don't go on a tantrum and insult him!
Whatever changes he makes to the game!

Math is a immature brat that got what he deserved!

I support GGG for the decision, and will put my money where my mouth is!
