Chris himself said he didn't even know about the buff until HE read the patch notes.where was it stated they "thought it would be a decent buff".

Then maybe pay some attention when watching the video before making [Removed by Support] After he said he read it in the patch notes he literally said: "Radius has impact right, it didn't sound bad to me" He didn't say literally that he thought it's a decent buff but it's hard to interprete the statement otherwise. He clearly didn't see anything wrong with it.
